[Growable] Citrohan House

Small level 5 house. It will appear on 1x2 lots. I wanted to make this house to add a bit of variety to the small level 5 lots as there are just one or two models for those small lots.

The actual Citrohan House (Maison Citröhan) was designed by Le Corbusier and built in 1927 (almost 90 years ago!) in Stuttgart, Germany, for an architecture exhibition. Later this style became known as the International style.

I think it's neat how almost a century later this house still looks like it could have been built yesterday. That's why I wanted to give it a place in the game.
