As a part for my mod collection, to create your own designed beaches. This asset features a Lifeguard Tower.

Although your assets are visually very attractive, I somehow have the impression they are a bit oversized. Used them with some beach park mod allowing cims to walk the beach so I could visually make the comparison. E.g. imho this lifeguard house has a size of a flight control tower.

The sign says "lifeguard on duty," but there's no lifeguard on duty. We need someone to watch over our swimmers. ;-)

maybe you could ask him because your models look really nice but when you place it down on a beach it looks awefull cuz of that dirt if you ask me :(

Unfortunately, at least for now, no. I have been trying with a friend that has C# knowledge to find the source of that dirt texture, but for now we still have had no luck, if its possible, when we find out i will update all my assets.
