10000 Students High School with a working big parking lot.
A real high capacity high school for not spawning dozens of them in a fast growing citiy.,
All Stats are increased, but not maintenance price.
It needs more employers and more resources.

CS texture missing i think,, i use only game props.
i will look at it anyway asap in the editor and correct or remove it..

Yes, it is water, but that´s why you can see through the terrain :) There is a texture missing I guess.
