Did you change the name of the asset while updating? Loading screen now thorws an erroro for: 825779318.Grand Pier v2_Data,
726577246.Ibis Hotel_Data,
751228285.Saturn Alexanderplatz_Data,
You have 414659950 but it does not contain Table Set 01_Data. Name probably changed by the author

It export .skp to .obj format with SketchUp, modeling with Blender, exported in .fbx format and imported with C:S. Or maybe easier to use Convert Tools.
