Citizens will flock to the Domination Tower to recharge their MightWatch Batteries.

This is a plopable that will generate "tourists" who are really just recharging their mightwatch lifewatch security batteries implanted in their brains... i mean let's be honest here. For a complete set of Mightwatch buildings check their humble beginnings with their level 1 building, their level 2, and 3 as well and the Mightwatch Citizens patrol building to complete your big brother ensamble.

Like the idea, any chance of the same model without the crime though? Love the building and drop it in every city, but have to place a police hq next to it everytime ;-)

Yeah that's the joke behind it really - if you take a look through my office buildings you will see that the story behind this building is a security company getting a little out of hand. Think like the company that made robo-cop haha. So the crime rate here will be high, it's intentional.
