Rotes Rathaus by Tobse

The Rotes Rathaus (Red City Hall) of Berlin. Is the town hall of Berlin, located in the Mitte district
on Rathausstraße near Alexanderplatz. It is the home to the governing mayor and the government (the Senate of Berlin) of the Federal state of Berlin.

The name of the landmark building dates from the facade design with red clinker bricks.

I Plan on using this in my San Francisco Build. It looks more like their Ferry Terminal than anything else I've found.

@Silk Boxer Wedgie - 15k is not far away but hard to find the faces to reduce, 1'450 tri's I have to rebuild some parts and I thing one or two details I will lose.

Is there any chance you can optimize the primary model and bring down the tri-count? 13mb/15,000 tris is a bit high.
