Can you update the building to be displayed in the correct Category Menu please?
It shows: MAIN_CATEGORY[Default]:0

this asset is broken and NO game can be started with "After Dark" DLC if this asset is active.

If you you have problems with crime in the building just rename it "mafia headquaters"

The d3d11: failed to create staging 2D texture error is to do with your texture dimensions, if its not ^2 I believe.
