Smurfit Stone Building in Chicago. Built in 1984 at 150 N Michigan Avenue.
The building was scaled down to half its actual size to fit the scale of Cities: Skylines.

Its such a great building! but it gets all distorted when you view it from far away, also it would be nice if there was a growable version.

Looks really nice and makes a great addition in game, but I find that the appearance and textures are subject to severe distortion when viewing from a distance.
