Insurgency M45A1 (Magnum)

More pistols! This time, the M45A1, aka an upgraded and modernized version of the M1911, with a retextured M9 flashlight slapped on, since Insurgency's default flashlight for the M45, M1911, and Makarov is awkward as hell.

Replaces the magnum pistol, aka deagle, on HyperMetal's B2L4D2 pistol animations. Also, just to clear things up: yes, these animations are by HyperMetal, NOT by Inter. I don't know why everyone seems to get them mixed up.

I'm normally not too keen on idea of putting an M1911 variant on the deagle, as .45ACP doesn't have the stopping power of magnum cartridges, ie, .44 magnum or .50 AE, so it feels a little out of place as a so-called magnum pistol. But it seems to be a trend to put 1911 variants on the desert eagle slot, so I figured, why not? Just pretend you used supply points on hollow point ammunition or something.

This mod includes some soundscape scripts that allows the magnum pistol to use its own handling and reloading sounds instead of those of the pistol, as it is by default. It'll work on all of the default campaigns plus TUMTaRA, but it might not work on other custom campaigns that use their own soundscapes.

And with this release, every weapon in L4D2, save for the autoshotguns, grenade launcher, and some CS:S weapons, now has at least one Insurgency counterpart replacing it.
