NOTE: DO NOT USE THIS WITH THE OTHER ONE WORLD TRADE CENTER STANDALONE MOD, IT HAS THE SAME NAME AND WILL THROW AN ERROR. Game still works however you will get a nice error message.

Smaller version of the One World Trade Center Standalone building so it does not stand out too much.

Changes
-Single building (9x9 Plot)
-Fixed LODs (if anyone knows how to tile the window shader for LOD properly please tell me)
-Cost:350 000
-Upkeep 15 000
-Higher electricty consumption

Buildings 2-4 in the works and then I will be choosing between the Burj Kalafi or the Kingdom Tower for the next one.
