Almost the same version as my 2x4 Parking Lot but with lights. The stats are also different removing the entertainment value.

I will probably update the rest of my parking lots with the same stats after Ive tested this one abit to make sure Cims use it.

Omg I love these. I downloaded a growable parking lot earlier, but those disappear with enough land value. With this mod, the parking lot will never disappear and I can place it exactly where I need it.
