One of my favorite roundabouts, I use it in every city - THANKS! Nice size for a residential district. Walkways look amazing. Nice to drive around underneath it using First Person Camera. Cims rarely use it now as I'm no longer using any traffic mods and so can't disable the street level crossings which they prefer.

What he means is that your city needs to reach the 5,500 population milestone in order to unlock the roads used in this design. Until you get to that point, you won't be able to place it.
