Ignore the Grass in the screenshot! This will be replaced by the beach tiles you should place this park on! Once placed on a beach tile this park will allow visitors to play on the beach or you could just place it on the grass and let people play in an empty field, I wont judge.

Tip: Build a road along the edge of the beach, place this park along the beach and then connect the parks with a pedestrian path along the road side
