Fallout 3 Power Armor NPCS/Playemodels

描述
My first major addon release, this time adding Fallout 3 power armor playermodels and properly animated NPCS!

Contents:
32 New playermodels (Including Tesla, T45D Outcast,pink and much more!)
64 new NPCS

Features:
Tesla Power Armor with actual working Tesla Charges surrounding it (Glows too!)
Several T45D varients (Made by S-LOW and Steven :D respectively)
Several T51B Varients (Made by Steven :D)
GMOD Legs Compatibility
Animated with Combine and CItizen animations so they can be used interchangeably
Properly Animated and non conflicting Playermodels (So you can use these with Captain Charles Version too!)

These guys use HEV hands, I find them better than citizen hands and somewhat more fitting.

Credits:

Steven :D for allowing me to use his models in this addon
S-LOW for the original Tesla,T-45D and T51B models.
Captain Charles (Shotgunguy49) for his models and edits.
Me for animating and coding the NPCS and Playermodels to function.

why are the pms not there? only the NPCs

I've had some problems with this addon, sometimes the addons doesn't work, you go to spawn NPC but there not there...

Just something id thought id mention, The T-51 armors hand bones (Along with some other armors) causing weapons to be held under the model
