Realistic Fines for Euro Truck Simulator 2

This mod makes the fine system more realistic by removing automatic fines for violations that cannot be detected without police presence or surveillance cameras.

What's changed:

✓ Disabled automatic fines:
• Speeding without cameras or police nearby
• Wrong way driving
• No lights during night
• Avoiding rest (driver fatigue)
• Illegal trailer (regular patrols)

✓ Kept realistic fines:
• Speeding caught by cameras (90% probability)
• Red light violations (30% probability - only if camera or police present)
• Avoiding weigh stations (always fined)
• Avoiding inspection (50% probability)
• Illegal border crossing (always fined)
• Hard shoulder violations (always fined)
• Damaged vehicle usage (always fined)
• Illegal trailer at weigh station (always fined)
• Car crashes (10% probability)

Result:
You will no longer receive fines "out of nowhere" for violations that no one witnessed. Fines only come when there's a real possibility to issue them - surveillance cameras or police patrols.

Compatibility:
• Works with all game versions
• Compatible with other mods that don't modify police_data.sii
• No DLC required

Installation:
Simply subscribe to the mod in Steam Workshop and activate it in the game's mod manager.

Exactly that: illegal trailer. Mostly concerns articulated trailers and extra long German trailers.
For example you drive into France with a double or anywhere east of Germany with an extra long trailer: that's illegal. Or drive with HCT anywhere outside of Scandinavia. That is VERY illegal.

@ leoツ It should be usable together. I just installed it too. Its function is that it only issues fines when the police are present on site, so it doesn't conflict with the real economy. ...
