!Remove OG Parakeets!

Yes this is the Enhanced Parakeets Pill Base by Geozek but i updated
the code to the same fixes from the current updates of the Parakeets Pill Pack.

THIS WILL ONLY WORK IF YOU'VE REMOVED THE OG PILL BASE

In order for pills that have the head movement like Re-Ignited Memories to work, you need this.
Of course you have the option to use the original Parakeets Pill Pack, but it will not work as well.

If Geozek or anyone associated with the making of this pack
wants me to remove this i will happily oblige.
