ULTRAKILL Style Meter

Opis
This mod adapts the style meter from ULTRAKILL to Noita.
Playing stylishly increases score, taking damage decreases score.
If you have issues with how I've balanced the meter, try messing with its values in mod settings!

I originally started making this mod last year but only decided to finish developing it at the end of last month.
I also got help from these people:

would be fun if having a high enough rank would give a small multiplier to the gold you pick up (up to 1.5x at SSSHITSTORM or something)

counterpoint: If things die randomly in Ultrakill, that gets added to the style meter. I think it'd be funny to be vibing out, the screen begins to shake and then you get pumped up to A with a certain amount of menace. It's not like points are important, and you could probably set it as a toggle for people wanting a pure violence version to count

@Mr. Rebuttal I think it would be quite difficult if not impossible to make it work well. physics damage from props is plausible but stuff like enemies drowning or dying from wandering into freezing vapor is impossible to seperate from random events. I also have a feeling ice physics damage is impossible to track due to ice being a material and not an entity (and generally being janky)
