描述
BB7200 SNCF Pack


The BB 7200 are single-voltage electric locomotives (1.5 kV DC) built by Alsthom and MTE for the SNCF between 1976 and 1985.
They are part of the 'Nez cassés' (broken nose) family with their dual-voltage sisters BB 22200 and their single-phase cousins BB 15000.
As the first series production locomotives with thyristor chopper control, they were the last single-voltage locomotives acquired by the SNCF.
Versatile machines, they are capable of hauling both heavy freight trains and passenger trains at high speeds (200 km/h).

add extra info that the netherlands used these loco's as the NS1600/NS1700/1800 series to pull intercity's and sometime even goods trains
