Indeed it is. I have uploaded a fixed version. What I find interesting is that I was able to route a train in there despite the issue.

The signal at the end of platform 7 at Newcastle Central West is placed the wrong way around. Therefore it's impossible to let a train enter this platform. Judging by the screenshots, you made the same mistake on the manual version.
