I was able to plant and harvest seeds.
It's possible that another mod is interfering with these mods, or there might be a problem with the server settings (I don't know anything about how servers work).
Have not tried to see if normal farm plot has same issue though.

Looking at the uploaded blueprints, I thought that building wheat fields would require something like this rather than the factory indoor farm blocks.
