ah, tags are still not correct- your semicolon (;) should be replaced with a comma (,) instead, your tags should work when you do that
you can test by clicking on the tag on this steam page and seeing if other mods show up alongside your own, hope this helps o/

workshop tags are not set properly, you can tell by how "gamemodes" is displayed separately from "gameplay"
your tags attribute should be "gameplay,game modes"
(note there should not be a space after the comma, and there should be a space in "game modes")
