Spirit Damage

This is a technical mod that implements Spirit Damage into Dawnsbury Days. On its own, this mod only adds the damage type and adds it as a bypass to ghost resistances and as an immunity for constructs and objects. However, other mods can use this mod as a basis for adding spirit damage to abilities.
