Makes the SSI Blackops faction playable. Mix between Rangers and CIA with some unique equipment. Can use explosives and pick locks, but can't go undercover and lacks heavy/support weapons.

Team Composition:

4x Scout (Fast, Light Equipment)
8x Blackop (Assault and Marksman)
4x Engineer (Explosives)

Honestly, this is an interesting spin on the faction roster, they are unique when it comes to weapons and armor selection
