I'm sure Noita discord would be glad to help (and you can also publish it there for extra visibility).

I know it should be possible to make a better settings UI (and all of the lua stuff) but current i'm currently unable to. I'll definitely try to do it again at some point, but that'll probably require a lot of learning.
I also need to fix some issues, redo all of the hair, and improve some other old textures.

is there any way you can make the cosmetic parts preview-able so I don't have to keep restarting the run just to see what I think looks nice?

Looks (and works) damn great, though having a legitimate UI would make it even better.
