More Doctrine Levels & Unlocked Troopers Upgrades

Описание
Increases the maximum Doctrine level without changing the amount of points a squad receives when leveling up.

Allows you to purchase all four trooper upgrades using Battle Honors.

Doubles the number of the CIA agents and NWS sappers.

Not compatible with mods that edit 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙨 or 𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 files.

No, I simply split it into two separate mods for ease of use and compatibility. Now this one adds additional doctrine levels, and Equipment Expanded adds some weapons to all squads.
