Google Maps Navigation Dark Mode

This is an updated version of the popular Google Maps Navigation Night mod, originally created by Sinagrit Baba.

What It Does
This mod simulates your in-vehicle navigation screen to look like Google Maps Navigation.

• Colors, the player arrow, and map icons have been changed.
  
• The position of the speed limit has been moved to the upper right corner.
  
• Your GPS navigation screen will look more realistic now.

Compatible with 1.53-1.57 game versions.

Place this below any dashboard reskin and interior mods if you are using any. If there is still a crash after that, please report in comments.

Use normal version (light theme): Google Maps Navigation Light Mode

Brightness Setting
If you think it's too bright or dark, you can adjust your dashboard backlight in-game. Press F4 and change your Dashboard Backlight setting.

Discovered and Undiscovered Road Colors
I disabled the color change in navigation for realism. You should look at the world map for discovered and undiscovered roads. (or you can change the colors yourself by editing the def/map\_data.sii file.)

Auto Switch
It is not possible to use both day and night versions at the same time. The version with the highest priority in the Mod Manager will work. This is because it's not possible to automatically change all of the mod's color settings (road, prefab, grass, etc.) on the fly.

Colors (or Icons) Are Still the Same
If you have activated the navigation mod but the colors or icons do not change, it means another UI mod you are using is causing a conflict. If you place this navigation mod at the very top of your Mod Manager list, the issue will be fixed.

Voice
This mod only affects the visual display. You can use any of the many real Google Maps voice mods created by other modders alongside this mod.

ETA etc.
The aim of this mod is to make vanilla navigation screens look like Google Maps Navigation, with small but effective touches. Therefore, I do not want to complicate the navigation screens and this mod by adding this type of data.

Convoy
This mod is not server-side only. Everyone on the server must download it for it to work.

This mod is not affiliated with Google. This mod was created by taking Google navigation as an example to make the game navigation screen more realistic. This mod is a voluntary work and is completely free. It cannot be sold in any way.

Important Note: This mod does not work in TruckersMP.
