A bug has been fixed. Please let me know if you found any bug. I'm busy right now but I'll try to fix a bug as soon as possible.

BUG report: Primaris Vehicle upgrade unavailable. The upgrade requirement should be "BloodAngels/Tier1Vehicles" rather than "BloodAngels/Vehicles"
