Whiplash (G1 redesign of ROTF Rampage)

Before anything else. I know that there is a Whiplash in G1. But he's a Sweep, and I hate The Sweeps. So I don't care he isn't canon to my universe now because the only one that matters is Scourge and the rest are just nothing.

Anyways... Whiplash! The redesigned ROTF Rampage which had to be renamed do to the G1 Rampage existing (And actually mattering). Using electrically powered whips formed from his treads. He is the opposite of what Skipjack is. He acts as a voice of reason to stop the childish chaos of some of his teammates. He is quick to anger, but he means well in the end.
