[B42] Ogrim Mod's - Sandbox Group Titles

Make the Sandbox Options screen readable by adding section headers that group related settings — perfect for mods with lots of sliders and toggles.

This API lets you insert group titles/subsections inside the game’s Sandbox window.
You define the first option of a group with a special _T_ marker; everything before "_T_" becomes the group’s key/title. The options after that entry are visually grouped until the next title.

1) Mark the first option of a group in your sandbox-options.txt
Everything left of "_T_" = group key

Above, IndustrialMachine becomes the group title. All following options are grouped until another *_T_* appears.

2) (Optional) Add a localized title in your language file (e.g., Sandbox_EN.txt):

Sandbox_Title_ElectricSewing.IndustrialMachine = "Industrial Sewing Machine"

Key format: Sandbox_Title_<Module>.<GroupKey>

If missing, the raw group key is shown.

3) Repeat for each section you want (e.g., OldMachine_T_*, PersonalMachine_T_*, etc.).
