A small one day-ish project to add some Recon hoods to the 2035 Armaverse

Contains various camo patterns from 2035 and will later get softcompats of popular 2035 mods.

Hood up Variants are under Headgear
Hood Down Variants are under NVG slot

I've created a function and implemented ace self interactions to change to the different variants of equipped recon cloak as well as being able to store it and re-equip it. Let me know if you're interested and I'll send the files.
