Might be able to play later and will make ascreenshot if the AI switches sides again.
But basically in both matches that i played, it was a 4v4. The Allied AIs that were basebuilding switched sides to hostile after some time when they were attacked.
Maybe you can switch off the ability to give up/surrender and switch sides for any AI.
This is activated by default in skirmish and maybe you need to turn it off manually for your custom scenario.
If you add AI players and then switch to the second slot, the first one will stay empty and cant be customized anymore.
About surrendering AIs, in maps uses standart AIs, AI that using in main game, and the same heroes AIs, if they surrender... than will be need to write own AI. About switch the sides, can you share screenshots in discord server? You can tag me like @Asura[HMS]
