Dye More Vanilla Clothes

Allows you to dye a lot more vanilla armors that have the ability to be colorized but for one reason or another you aren't allowed to. I basically just went into the FCS and changed a bunch of armors to allow colorization and tested to make sure they are actually dyable in game.
