LKCR - Heavy Gas (Fork)

The mod does not belong to me. Due to the inability to easily ship different configs for the original mod, I am forced to reupload it instead. The mod will remain unlisted for this reason.

The goal of this mod specifically is to slightly penalize spamming hydrogen tanks, and balance hydrogen thrust to be less overpowered - giving Ions a purpose to exist.

Key change is reducing the weight impact by half compared to the original mod:
Result: 1000kg Ice => 450kg O2 + 50kg H2

Credit goes to the original author, nevcairiel, for the original mod that was used as a baseline & reference.
