描述
A skin requested by nexos/xeox7. Mostly inspired btop (or btop++), which is a Linux resource monitoring app/terminal by aristocratos. I added a bit of nexos' femtanyl fanart (silhouetted) to add a bit of flair and uniqueness lol, also this is an arrow skin because nexos plays with arrows.

<update: fixed a Linux bug; since Linux file systems are case sensitive, the noteskins can't load if the folders are named with the wrong casing (in this case, the 4K and 7K folders were the issue after all), so I made the k's lowercase to fix the issue>
