exactly what the title says. the sounds ripped from the original mod as replacements for the retail ones. these are just firing sounds, don't expect anything fancy.
I guess you could use these without the weapon pack, idk why you would do that tho.

Either that or edit the weapon soundscript to use the stuff in the wpn folder, which would be faster and easier to do but might not work w how poor the workshop loader is in-game.

To save space i suggest that you make all of those replacements, using the "gun_fire_player" and "gun_fire_npc" files in the wpn folder. Ofc delete them once you're done so they're not in the files twice just taking up space.

I honestly just did this on the fly and haven't played RTB:R recently, but the files of the original mod include like 6-7 sounds just for shells, bolts and all. You'd have to recreate and replace the sounds from HL2 on your own.

Good mod for my weapons pack mod i appreciate, but do you know to fix the reload sound? if not ill fix it myself and give u credits :steamhappy:
