CL-11 Ix Raq'lapuj Chue'q Buluk Ch'ule-L, also known as Ineffa (Lit. Unutterable, Russian: Инеффа) is an upcoming playable character in Genshin Impact. She is is a creation of Aino, serving as an all-utility maid and battle automaton created from various scraps from across the nations. Her core originated from Ix Raq'lapuj Chue'q Buluk, the Eleventh of the Thirteen Sovereign Lords, as the part of her who wanted to abandon her vendetta against humanity and find a new place to belong.
