Weapon Slots for Hardcore Survivalists

I've separated the custom weapon slots and gun adjustments from the mutation in order to potentially fix a strange bug.

Reload your game once subscribed to enable, reload your game once disabled/unsubscribed to disable.

Adjustments are as follows:

All weapon slots have been changed! This is how it works:
- Pistol/Magnum/Shotguns/SMGs - Primaries
- All Rifles and Snipers - Secondaries; Can't receive ammo
- Melee - Misc. Slot, ONLY accessible by Mouse Scroll, usually upward from primary
- Upgrade packs take the slot of pain pills.
- Tier 3 weapons and defib are pick-ups only; they cannot be stored on the player

-Pistol Damage increased, Magnum damage increased
