The Odd Empires is a total conversion mod changing entire aspects of the game including new nations, new mechanics, new cultures, new lands etc.

Things happen because I want them to happen

This is how I want to do alternate history. Absolutely ridiculous, heaps of complete fantasy content, yet still intrinsically plausible to a large degree. However, I'm too boring to pull it off, I keep nearly just sloppily redrawing historical borders :steamsad:

Just a quick mention, not sure if I'm the only one seeing this problem, but when I hover over the building screen on a province (one of the non-vanilla buildings), the game crashes instantly.
