If we come to a minefield, our infantry attacks exactly as it were not there.

Welcome to the Eastern Front portion of a series of mods designed to bring forth a single gameplay experience centered around the features of the Spearhead 1944 DLC. Unlike the Western Front/Pacific Theatre mods, this one is entirely independent of the Arsenal of Democracy to allow for both a Northern and Eastern Front experience without having to depend on mods that expand things like US arsenal.

Combining the amazing work of the Northern Fronts dev team with that of Spearhead 1944

Here's the list of this mod's features:
  • New Soviet mosin models for 91/30, M38 and 91/30 PU
  • New SVT-40 model for both standard and PU variants
  • New SVT-40 bayonet model
  • New SVT-40 models have stripper clip altreload animations using SPE system
  • New TT-33 model
  • New DPM model
  • New MPL-50 Entrenching Tool item for digging ACE trenches
  • All Northern Fronts bolt action rifles now use the Spearhead bolt action system.
  • New Northern Fronts bayonets now use the Spearhead bayonet system.
  • Rebalance of Northern Fronts vehicles to be on par with those of Spearhead
  • New recoil for various weapons for a better gameplay experiance.
  • Reorganization of all units for ease of use (Still WiP)
  • An improvement to the CSW features of the ACE SPE compat
  • ACE Extended Arsenal compatability for all Norhtern Fronts gear. (Still WiP)
  • ACE CSW compatibility for all mortars and Heavy MGs

I'm getting a bug where attempting to top off the mosin rifles (i.e. reload before expending all five rounds) causes an unhandled exception notification pertaining to Northern Fronts ammunition to appear, after which the rifle must be reloaded from inventory in order to resume functioning. Posting to see if this is a known error, possibly related to the SPE reload system, or a result of some other setting and/or mod I've got loaded. Love the mod series btw!

oo thats a fix for a signals mod held over from the western front mods, I'll fix in sec

There seems to be an issue which makes the mod not work properly anymore. Get an error message when loading the game with just this mod and its dependencies (including SPE). It says:

Addon 'WW2_Fixes_SPE_USSR_Patch_Gear' requires addon 'p_sig_clicker'

Anyone any idea on how to fix this?

I tried with ace no medical but still got a start up error but your Bushido snafu works with ace no medical.

this mod uses basic ACE so no, however you might get around that by using ACE no medical, unknown if it works. Won't be making another version
