Modern Amtrak P42DC Vb Pack

"We already have Amtrak P42's Micedoe. WhAts DiFfeRent?" There's a lot that's different here, let me explain...
These just aren't any P42's, all of the skins are RANDOM. Meaning you can just plop several of the engine in consists around your map, and all of them will be different. There are 33 different skins the randomizer will pick from, and they are meant to represent how they look as of now or right before being repainted.
With how each loco has different weathering, sticker placements, and PTC, I figured it would be better to randomize the skins instead of random numbers on one skin.

Some things to note:
*Colors have been updated to reflect Amtrak's real color palette
*The PTC changes accordingly with each skin to further the accuracy and there are finally ITCS boxes included!
*There is a custom K5LA
*Big thanks to Railfan_Mike for one of the PTC antenna models!
*These locos show up in the multi-unit menu and aren't available until 2024.
