V1 Over Bad Cop/3650

描述
This replaces Bad Cop with V1 from ULTRAKILL.

Features:
Changes the playermodel to V1.
A janky kick Model.
Every arm on weapon viewmodels are replaced with V1's arm.
And janky rigging to make it work with EZ2's weapon viewmodels.
(The janky part about these is that they love to dislocate alot.)

made because i thought i'd be funny if there was a V1 replacement addon after the
"clone cop is minos prime" addon.

I only slightly modified it to add things from Bad Cop's playermodel.
