It is "Higher or Lower" Here is the description of rules:

Your task is to guess if the next card has higher, even or lower value than the previous one.

You have in total 5 cards where you can guess up to 4 cards to win the biggest reward

There are 4 multipliers depending on how many cards you have correctly guessed:

1 card - x2 multiplier
2 cards - x4 multiplier
3 cards - x6 multiplier
4 cards - x8 multiplier

If you guess at least 1 card correctly you can payout and you will win the bet with that multiplier. You can also go on to try get the bigger multiplier. However if you guess incorrectly your multiplier will be gone to 0 and you lose automatically.

This new game ( 14.11.2025 ) hasn't been tested fully yet, thus exploits, bugs or errors can be possible - Report them here in comments.

Also after any update i make, everything will be in english by default.

This mod adds Roulette , Blackjack , Cups & Ball game and "Higher or Lower" gambling decisions for every country in the game.

You can bet various resources such as:
- Political Power
- Stability
- Command Power
- Factories ( roulette only for now )
- Army Equipment
- Experience
- Convoys

Be aware that after every update new things are always in English, waiting to be translated eventually by someone

If you want to translate this mod into your language that hasn't been implemented, you need to go to path "Hearts of Gambling/localisation/english" and you should have .yml files. You can use Notepad++ or Visual Studio and translate.

After that you can post it on your workshop and i can implement it into my mod. I will give you credit for translation.

Bugs and exploits might still be present — please report them in the comment section.


You can choose only one type of bet at a time:
- Color (Red/Black)
- Even/Odd
- Dozen (1–12, 13–24, 25–36)
- Column
- Half (1–18 / 19–36)
- Exact number

Payouts:
- 2:1
- 3:1
- 36:1 ( I wonder if any of you will get it )

Currently, it's not possible to place multiple different bets at the same time (e.g., rifles on red and stability on black). That feature may come in the future.


This version of Blackjack has only insurance function and doesn't have double down or split functions.

The dealer must draw a card when he has 16 or less points and stand when he has 17 or more.
If you and dealer have same amount of points you draw and get your main bet back.
If you go above 21 you lose automatically. Same with the dealer.

You can draw maximum amount of 6 cards ( 8 total ) and don't ever tell me that you got six 2's cards in a row.


This game is about choosing a correct cup. Choose a dealer and difficulty in the decisions. If you choose the cup with ball inside, you win !

There are currectly 3 levels of difficulty:

- easy ( 3 cups ) 150% payout
- normal ( 5 cups ) 250% payout
- hard ( 7 cups ) 350% payout


- Add state vs. state gambling between countries
- Add possibility for AI to play
- Add higher stakes (e.g. bet 100k or 1 million manpower for bigger rewards)
- Improve visuals and icons
- Add casino sounds


Is it Multiplayer compatible?
It is. You only need to know that every country has different numbers on roulette drawn. Also maybe in the future there will be a possibility to play Blackjack with other players or AI

Can AI play?
Not yet.

Poker when?
You probably know how much variables poker has. Coding it would take a really long time and it's not that easy as it looks. But it is possible. Although there is already a mod with poker called World War Hold'em.

Is it compatible with other mods?
To be sure you can test it and write a comment down below. However, so far my mod doesn't work properly only on Modern Day Mod idk if I'll make a MD version of this mod.
