Now AI will build a lot more and better!

Increased the chance of building structures for AI. AI now focuses more on building structures than on developing the economy, manpower, or taxes. AI is still investing in these indicators, just several times less

AI now focuses more on building economic structures, and the price of a resource in the province has a much stronger impact on where the AI will build.

Also, states now merge and expand a little faster.

This mod may not be compatible with mods that change governments or AI.

Mods that change existing governments will partially break the mod. Mods that add new governments will not break the mod, however nations with new governments will not build more structures and will behave like in vanilla.

I have the mod that trigger events to change government. Could this mod break this one? I don't have any other mod that add new government types.

Yes, mods that change governments will break the priority for AI to build more structures. But this only breaks the AI with new types of government or if the mod changes the existing ones. However, AI will continue to prioritize building in provinces with more expensive resources regardless of government mods
