ER1 4-car version

Vanilla ER1, but in a short 4-car version, with historical characteristics, corrected paintwork and added ER2 skin.

ER1 electric trainset (Cyrillic: ЭР1) was manufactured by Rīgas Vagonbūves Rūpnīca between 1957 and 1962 for use in suburban traffic in large cities of the Soviet Union on lines electrified on 3000 V, DC.
Compared to its predecessor, the Sr3, it was a big step forward: higher power and speed, automatic doors, heated ventilation in winter, and a new, more comfortable layout with cabins in separate cars.
The ER2 was launched in 1962 and was simply a modernized ER1, differing from it in the ability to boarding from low platforms in small cities and improved electrical equipment. In 1974, the shape of the cabin was changed from a round ("globe") to a flat one.
This electric train became quite widespread and was used throughout the Soviet Union, some of them are still in operation today.
