描述
The kaiser is back and hes pissed.

Play as Kaiser Ghoulhelm II in Bismarck and recreate the German Empire in america. ally with or fight the kingdom of Manitoba, and ultimately restore your position as hegemony of the world.

this was made in a sleep deprived state to see how fast i could make a a somewhat polished mod.

Credit to Jeppeking for playtesting the mod and bankrolling my gfx addiction. Also credit to [Flower Power] Skellie on the owb discord for their idea which inspired me to make this submod. Aswell huge credits to Hades for making the original bismarck focus tree, you should play it,

yeah, its not meant to look perfect this is basically a slop mod. Also like what tf am i supposed to do about it, dig up Kaiser Wilhem's rotten corpse and take a pic or something?
