NHE armor pack temp fix

this one is ok because it required the NHE Armor pack, just doesn't change the stats, except you make a new armor(s) that use NHE custom model

Currently this mod doesn't change anything but change the root of the armors that have a root of Armor_0 which currently bugs out the armors in the quartermaster's shop and prevents them from showing up sometimes

DO NOT change any items stats and descriptions and dots or make a separate mod for NHE Origins and a mod that will change NHE gameplay without my permission
