IWK+ Backpack Crafting Enhanced

Integrate Backpack Crafting Enhanced into IWK+. So backpack parts can be crafted on IWK+ workstations and research tree progress better.

Changes:
- Backpack crafting bench now need Tools
- Move backpacks crafting tech from Core to Crafting
- Rebalance research tree, so with each level you unlock better backpacks
- Remove Shopkeeper and Trader backpacks, that to OP and used only by a few NPC
- Add backpack blueprints to more backpack-related vendors
- Add Leather Strips craft to Workbench (Utility)

Also you should try Cross-mod Backpack Integration for smooth backpacks integration from all supported IWK+ mods.

Backpack Distribution by BLKCandy - gives Small Backpack to every mercenary, drifter, caravan and tech hunters. Can be loaded after this mod, so this NPC would always have a backpack.

If you don't know what is mod order - read Proper Load Order & You and Kenshi Load Order Organizer and Kenshi Mod Manager[github.com]. Kenshi Mod Manager can even detect conflicts with mods.

- Partially. This mod can be removed. But before removing Backpack Crafting Enhanced place all items from backpack into inventory, because it would disappers with new backpacks.
