yes all those ships are kitbash but i dont know yet how to import model or change texture

Do you not know how to kitbash? I don't know how to do that myself either. I just know that there are many Sea Power modders who make new ships and planes through kitbashing.

youre right i might change it at some point but the kilo lack the top fin and the town sonar

Personally I would have used the Kilo Class as the base model myself.
