Less cluttered build menu in heavy modded runs. Use arrows to cycle between buildings.

Rules for grouping:
1. Add Building Group to buildings by building purpose.
2. Buildings in CAMPING, GATHERING, SCRAPWORKING and CAMP *SOMETHING* tab don't create outpost. All other tabs - do
Should be compatible with all mods, because it doesn't add or remove something.

Example changes:

• All Market Stalls - grouped into Market Stalls and moved to Storage, as any other counter
