Small Town First Responders - Core - B42

This is the B42 port of STFR.
This is the core mod with all the core code, and some generic liveries. Yes, it can be ran standalone.

No, there is no Filibusters support anymore. No, it's not planned.
I'm totally ok with someone else adding it back as an STFR addon.
